DEFY Sunglasses have a LIFETIME WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE that covers only manufacturer defects. Normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, lost or stolen glasses are not covered in this warranty, we do not repair product, and we do not have spare parts.

Please submit the form below to start a warranty claim. Please allow 1-2 business days for our DEFY customer service team to evaluate. Once your claim is reviewed, we will send a $10 invoice for shipping and handling. In return, we will send you a pair of the exact or similar style glasses of comparable retail value.

We make every effort to replace broken DEFY Sunglasses with the same model and color that you sent us, however sometimes we do not have an exact match as styles change from year to year. In these cases, we choose the closest match from our current assortment, or upgrade you to the most comparable sunglasses of higher retail value.
